Ryan Coleman-Williams’ body transformation is scary for opponents

[ad_1]

As the upcoming season for the Alabama football team and wide receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams is highly anticipated, it looks as if he’s added more preparation for 2026. With the Alabama football star a sneaky first-round pick in the next NFL Draft, Coleman-Williams looks to have his best season yet in 2026 with a body transformation.

Coleman-Williams has added 12 pounds of muscle mass, per On3 Sports, as last season the receiver suffered from a myriad of injuries, though he doesn’t make excuses, especially with him dropping 14 passes, the most in the FBS.

“You gotta battle through those things, but the hardest part is what it does to you mentally,” Coleman-Williams said. “That’s where I struggled the most, but you look back now, and what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. When I’m out there now running and working out, I’m like, ‘Yeah, this is what it’s supposed to feel like.’

“Physically and mentally, I’m in a lot better place. You’re going to see me whole again,” Coleman-Williams continued.

Alabama football wants to utilize Ryan Coleman-Williams’s explosiveness

Last season for the Alabama football team, Coleman-Williams recorded 689 yards to go along with 49 catches and four touchdowns, looking to receive a lot of attention in 2026. Crimson Tide head coach Kalen DeBoer would even say that the team wants “to find more ways to get him the ball” with his explosiveness, but the goal is to limit the dropped passes.

“A lot of times, I was probably thinking too much about what I was going to do after I caught it and not concentrating enough on bringing it in and just making the catch,” Coleman-Williams said. “Big plays are going to come. You just gotta let them come naturally.”

“With a guy that explosive, the last thing you want to do is put too much on him. It’s fun to see him out there getting all the work and looking like himself again…He’s getting bigger and moving as fast as he’s ever moved,” DeBoer said.

It remains to be seen how the Alabama football receiver in Coleman-Williams will play in 2026 in his third season with the program.
