Inside Iowa United, Colin DeClark works with some of the best high school basketball players in the world in one of the best facilities in the world.
He gets to work with an amazing Rehabilitation Coach Dakota Vaughn. These two are able to work together and put together amazing training plans that peak performance of all the Iowa United basketball players.
It gets better. Not only is the facility incredible, the support from administration is fantastic. Mark and Jana are pouring into the staff and players (financials and emotionally) so they can succeed in life and sport.
This is what you dream for as a S&C coach – elite athletes to work with, elite facilities to work in, elite staff to work with, elite support from those up the chain of command.
All 5 co-actives that we S&C coaches talk about (physical, psychological, technical, tactical, and health) are emphasized and put into practice here. Shout out to everyone involved!
